Vinyasa Slow Flow Meditation with Evie
It’s May time and winter is around the corner. That does not mean however that we should stop exercising and hermit till spring again. For that reason, I encourage you to continue your yoga practice now more than ever to keep strong and to reap the rewards that yoga give us. To further encourage you to come to yoga, we have a great giveaway in May: “May Mindfulness:” The person making every 4th booking will receive a free yoga session in the sanctuary here at Soul Center for the whole month of May.
In May we would especially like to encourage the 08:00 – 09:00 Saturday Yin yoga classes. These classes are truly relaxing; we always work towards a theme and take time during the class to connect with self. If you are after something more movement-based however, the Slow Flow Vinyasa classes will work for you. These are on Tuesdays 08:30 – 09:30 and Thursdays 08:00 – 09:00.
As Yin yoga is not that commonly known by many, I have put together an info graphic below to explain what you can expect from Yin yoga.
