January Vinyasa Crow flow with Evie
In keeping with Soul’s theme for January, of self-love and worthiness, we are going to journey with the self and show ourselves that our bodies are truly worthy. We are going to go within and really challenge ourselves, pulling deeply on the strength we have inside. Kick starting 2022, we will start with a powerful Vinyasa Crow flow sequence that will build up over three weeks (4, 8, 11, 15, 18 & 22 Jan) to a final, peak pose in the last week of January where we will repeat the whole of January’s sequence in two 90-minute classes (25th & 29th Jan). Each week’s sequence will build on from the week before. We will work hard, but you will feel rewarded and be more present with your body.
December may have seen us indulge, so January is often a time for us to take a step back to set intentions for the year ahead and reign ourselves in again in preparation for how we would like the year ahead to go. Let’s start off strong, with a challenge and an opportunity to flow in abundance to our amazing bodies. Please join us for the month of January to try out the full crow pose sequence over a 4-week period. You will be truly amazed at the results of your body being able to end up in a new and challenging pose, experience improved strength, flexibility and mobility. Challenge yourself, love yourself, and give your body the opportunity to serve you in a beautiful practice over eight sessions in January as we flow into Crow pose over four weeks. As your yoga teacher, I will commit to ensuring that we get you into that Crow pose in Jan, as long as you commit to doing the work of the practice. You will be delighted with your progress and thrilled with what your body achieves over the month.
