Grounding ourselves and reducing anxiety during this uncertain time should be our go to every morning.🤎 The earth offers us strength and anchors us to feel held and safe while we connect our (feet) body, mind and spirit mindfully to mother earth. 🍃🌳🍃

💜How do I ground myself?

1. Hold a grounding crystal in your hand 💎🖐 (Red Jasper, Black Obsidian or Red Tigers Eye) 💫💛 if you dont have 1 it’s ok.
2. Go outside🌻 and stand with your bare feet👣 on the grass, sand or beach.🏖
3. Close your eyes and take x3 deep🌬 breaths.💨
4. Focus on your feet 🦶touching the earth 🌍 and becoming heavy. ⚓ Anchor yourself.
5.🗣 Breathe into your body the golden light of the sun through your head🌞 all the way to your feet into the earth.💫🌍
6. 🌬Breathe out and anchor your feet more 💙 imagine them getting heavier and more held with every breath.💛💫
