Grounding ourselves and reducing anxiety during this uncertain time should be our go to every morning. The earth offers us strength and anchors us to feel held and safe while we connect our (feet) body, mind and spirit mindfully to mother earth.
How do I ground myself?
1. Hold a grounding crystal in your hand (Red Jasper, Black Obsidian or Red Tigers Eye) if you dont have 1 it’s ok.
2. Go outside and stand with your bare feet on the grass, sand or beach.
3. Close your eyes and take x3 deep breaths.
4. Focus on your feet touching the earth and becoming heavy. Anchor yourself.
5. Breathe into your body the golden light of the sun through your head all the way to your feet into the earth.
6. Breathe out and anchor your feet more imagine them getting heavier and more held with every breath.
