πŸ’œHow do I ground myself?

1. Hold a grounding crystal in your hand πŸ’ŽπŸ– (Red Jasper, Black Obsidian or Red Tigers Eye) πŸ’«πŸ’› if you dont have 1 it’s ok.
2. Go outside🌻 and stand with your bare feetπŸ‘£ on the grass, sand or beach.πŸ–
3. Close your eyes and take x3 deep🌬 breaths.πŸ’¨
4. Focus on your feet 🦢touching the earth 🌍 and becoming heavy. βš“ Anchor yourself.
5.πŸ—£ Breathe into your body the golden light of the sun through your head🌞 all the way to your feet into the earth.πŸ’«πŸŒ
6. 🌬Breathe out and anchor your feet more πŸ’™ imagine them getting heavier and more held with every breath.πŸ’›πŸ’«
