What is Canna Salve? How does it work?
The skin is the largest organ in the body. Our skin protects us, and by doing so absorbs the toxins, bacteria, and chemicals that we are exposed to us on a daily basis. Additionally, our skin is the first point of contact and the first to take damage from the elements, sun exposure, UV, etc. Our skin also plays an important role in detoxification as well as absorbing vitamin D from the sun. It is important to be aware of what we put our skin in contact with, and to keep it as healthy as possible.
Canna Salve was alchemised with the intention to be an all-purpose natural healing cream. From simply using it as a daily moisturiser, or for treating chronic eczema or arthritis, we believe we have created a magical healing topical for anyone to use (including children and animals).

Canna Salve works by directly interacting and activating our endocannabinoid system (ECS) in our skin, specifically cannabinoids receptors called CB1 & CB2. Cannabinoids are complex chemical compounds that mimic naturally occurring compounds produced by our bodies, called endocannabinoids. Cannabinoid receptors are not only present in the skin, but in our nervous system, organs, gut, tissues, and brain.
